All of these shows will be delivered to your hotel at least 4 hours prior to the show. Any tickets not listed here are to be picked up at the respective box office will call no later than one hour before show time.
All SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS THE SHOW IS CANCELLED. IF THE SHOW AND/OR ENTERTAINER CANCELS THE PERFORMANCE WE WILL REFUND ALL CHARGES EXCEPT FOR A SERVICE FEE OF $4.00 PER TICKET.

Showtime Marketing represents several Las Vegas shows and we are their marketing/sales arm. Other shows which we do not handle exclusively, we serve as a broker and work directly with the box offices and shows/entertainers.

When you book your show tickets with us, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The charge that appears on your credit card will be from Showtimemarketing.com. The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees. No adjustments in ticket prices will be made.
Any meet and greets, special arrangements for shout outs or dinner and show packages for groups must be arranged in advance. Showtime Marketing is not repsonsible for meet and greets that are cancelled due to entertainer illness. Contact Showtime Marketing at 702-822-6262 to discuss buy-outs or meet and greets for your group.
Age restrictions are posted on each show description. Showtime Marketing is not responsible for purchases that are not appropriate for certain age groups. There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets. Showtimemarketing.com is not responsible for denial of entry due to failure to meet age requirements.
If you have purchased show tickets that include delivery, they will be delivered to your hotel the day of the show. If your room is registered under any other name than the name used to purchase the tickets you must inform SHOWTIME MARKETING at 702-822-6262. There will be a problem with the delivery of the ticket. You are responsible for providing accurate hotel information. Should you cancel or alter your hotel reservation, you must contact Showtimemarketing.com with the correct information. Showtimemarketing.com is not responsible for lost or missing tickets due to incorrect information from the customer. If your show tickets are not at your hotel by the date of your show, please call 702 822-6262 immediately.
All show ticket purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or transferred to others or exchanged for another set of dates. Showtimemarketing.com is not responsible should you fail to pick up your show tickets. All sales are final.
If a purchase is made at an incorrect price due to technical, typographical or other errors the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the correct price or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. Showtimemarketing.com will not honor an incorrect-price transaction.
Showtimemarketing.com reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion.
It is agreed that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to Showtimemarketing.com.
If you do not receive a phone call or email confirming your reservation within 48 hours of booking it is your responsibility to contact Showtimemarketing.com at 702 822-6262 or sales (at) showtimemarketing.com. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect email addresses or phone numbers. |
